Marcos comes from a long line of artists on both sides of his family
(five generations on his father's, and seven generations on his
mother's).
The work of his Colombian great-grandfather, Troiano Torres, was shown in Paris, London, and New York. Marcos decided to rebel, and went into music instead, inadvertently leading to a career in the Vancouver film industry. However, he has continued to prolifically produce a number of acrylic and watercolour paintings, drawings, and costumes. |
